Pristine Senior Management Locates its Home Offices in Muncie and Adding Jobs
MUNCIE, IN (December 21, 2015) - The City of Muncie and the Muncie-Delaware County Economic Development Alliance announced today that Pristine Senior Management, a company that specializes in providing management services to seniors housing and post-acute care facilities, will locate its home offices in Muncie, IN, creating an anticipated 35 to 50 new jobs within the next two years.

The company has acquired a building at 1301 East Riggin Road in Muncie. The 16,000 square foot facility provides room for the company to execute their future growth plans.

“We are thrilled we were able to locate an office building in Muncie that meets our current and future infrastructure needs,” said Christopher T. Cook, President and CEO of Pristine Senior Management.  “Delaware County Indiana is home.  Supporting our local community while establishing a location central to our operating footprint is a win-win,” added Cook.

Pristine Senior Management currently has 30 employees based out of the Muncie offices providing professional management support in the areas of operations, clinical, financial, information technology, human resources and marketing.

“The company was considering locating their operations outside of Delaware County but worked diligently to find a location that would allow them to stay in Delaware County. I think that’s a testament to the quality of the workforce and business climate here,” said Dennis Tyler, Mayor of Muncie. “Their commitment to the area and their existing employees is also a demonstration of their tremendous corporate citizenship. I pledge my present and future assistance to help their Muncie-based operation grow and prosper,” added Tyler.

Pristine Senior Management was established in 2014 and provides management services to 15 post-acute care facilities, 3 residential assisted living and 2 independent living communities in Ohio.  Pristine Senior Living acquired the leasehold operations of the Ohio properties in October 2015 with the objective of expanding in Ohio and other states including Indiana. Pristine is committed to exceptional concierge-based health, medical care, and wellness through leading concepts that promote independence and living life to the fullest.
