The Legacy Award

The Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce Legacy Award is presented annually to an individual or couple who has made extraordinary, sustained, and positive contributions to the Muncie-Delaware County community, and who has provided leadership in the development of programs, events, and/or new traditions that promote good will and community pride.  The black-tie optional Legacy Gala will be held January 20, 2022.  Please refer to the calendar for upcoming Gala details or email the Chamber. The Legacy of Carl Kizer will be honored at the 2022 Legacy Gala at Horizon Convention Center.  Reservations are required and the public is invited.  Make reservation by calling 765-751-9128 or emailing bwilliamson@muncie.com

Brenda Williamson
Director of Community & Business Engagement
Brenda Williamson serves as the Chamber's Director of Community and Business Engagement.She came to the Chamber after serving as a long-time Chamber Ambassador. Brenda has worked in for-profit and non-profit organizations serving the Delaware County Community for more than 25 years. Her volunteer experience includes Rotary, Altrusa, WIBU, PSI IOTA XI, and United Way.
