Vision 2027
About the Vision Program
Vision 2027 is the community’s current five-year economic development plan, led by the Muncie-Delaware County Economic Development Alliance. The Vision program is founded on public/private partnerships that represent the most comprehensive and successful economic development program in the history of Delaware County. The program is supported by financial contributions and in-kind services from Vision Investors which include companies, foundations, public entities, and individuals.
Vision 2027 has 4 goals:
- Communities – Local revitalization and enrichment
- Business – Growing our local and regional economy
- Learning – A county-wide culture of education
- Growth – Preparing for the future
